This person will play a critical role for us and will be responsible for improving our overall service offering as we continue to grow.
This role will cover Customer Experience and Engagement, Company Touchpoints, Internal Automation, Scalability Strategies and will work closely with the Directors on the company Roadmap.
Experience in Customer Service, Branding, Digital Marketing and Business Automation will be highly advantageous but not essential.
